Hi, On 11th January 2022 we ordered from Just Eat app, there were messing items, food was cold and damaged, worst and unexpected service from both platforms (KFC and Just Eat) I immediately reported the issue and requested for refund. I received refund request acknowledgement email from Just Eat. There is no update/sign of progression after that...
