I explicitly asked dor the restaurant to check the order before the delivery guy left. That clearly didnt happen as once again items missing. Ive never had a complete or correct order from this branch. Worst kfc branch in uk

As usual when I order from kfc there were items missing. So frustrating and it's not good customer service. I didnt get what I paid for. Very difficult to find out how to complain at the time. My priority was the hungry kids I had to feed.

The main complaint is that although the menu said that the boneless feast came with a mix of 4 sides including large fries, the fries were far from large, more like a small portion of no more than 15 fries. I was very disappointed and it will be a very long time before I order KFC again.
