It’s left my bottom in a mess , 7 times since I had it and gravy was meant to be used by 5pm even tho me had a 6pm

Ordered bucket of 10 chicken pieces. Mash, gravy and corn on the cob. Corn tasted stale but the chicken was uneatable. Instead of golden brown the coating was almost black. Unable to eat. Have photo if needed.
