What a disappointment my food was this evening. I ordered a six piece bucket containing two legs, two breasts, one wing and a thigh. The pieces were all so small I could still see the bottom of the bucket, you coud be forgiven for thinking that this chicken was chick sized. The wing and the breast were so dry they could not be eaten, the other pieces were only just adequate. It is a shame as normally this restaurant exceeds my expectations. Come on KFC Earlsfield, up your game and get back to how you were!

As usual, missing food from the order. KFC has the worst services possible. How hard is it to check order before sending. Every time there's food missing from our order and then just eat rips us off by not returning the service charges on it.

Asked for 2 portions of mash. No mash. Asked for 2 portions of chips, got 6. Meant to be 10 portions of chicken. Got 9 and one of them barely qualifies. Not a great order at all.
