No gravy sent replaced with dried beans, both pots. Also fillet burgers chicken was tough as old boots and luke warm. Very very hard to eat. Other stuff was fine (fries and one piece).

Pathetic amount of lettuce in the burger. Literally 2 tiny little pieces same with the wrap. Gravy’s only half full so guessing they are low on that too. Not the greatest effort

Delivered wrong item. Hung up on me when trying to fix the issue. Refused to call just eat on my behalf as I cant get through. Food needed for tonight and refund won't be through until much later. Usually like this store but today I'm very disappointed. Delivered a plain burger with just ketchup instead of 3 mini fillets. Nothing similar. Refused to help at all.

Couldn’t eat anything because they didn’t make the bucket include boneless chicken, which it usually does. Paid for a bucket full of chicken I couldn’t eat may aswell not even bothered delivering it in the first place

According to map i was told food would arrive in about 30 to 40 minutes. This did happen, however once food delivered the whole order was cold, i could see from the map the driver had to go across town then back again befor coming to me which would explain this. I called the store who explained the driver shoukd of come direct to me but had probably picked up another order from another shop at same time. This is not acceptable as my food was inedible. I would expect a full refund including delivery etc as this is so poor

All good apart from my popcorn chicken was quite literally 4 tiny balls of chicken which didn’t even cover the bottom of the pack yet alone fill it

The chicken is good and hot. Chips not very hot and rather mean amount. Other wise, We always enjoy the taste.
