Food arrived late, cold and we were missing fries from our meals. KFC were unable to send out our fries without us placing a new order through Just Eat and paying again.

They delivered zinger burger instead of a mini fillet but and the gravy spilt all over everything. I asked for a small gravy and they gave a large.it was on its side not in a bag either

There is always something missing if not a meal, and the way it gets thrown into the bag with your drink, actually making the meal cold, terrible

Absolutely awful, will never ever order again. We are literally 10 mins drive away and not only was the food freezing, we were missing 2 pieces of chicken. Called the restaurant to be told that they couldn’t replace the missing chicken as they employ “external drivers” and given a ref number to take into the restaurant for something that we don’t even like! Appalling
