I am very unhappy with my order everytime I order food from KFC they always give me the wrong order the whole order I wanted to have some lunch with my little boy but I couldn't do that I had to go out an get my lunch after ordering it very unhappy. With this service its needs sorting out

Food and service were the usual quality, but delivery was dreadful. Driver made up an address and got lost looking for that. Driver called for help so using the Just Eat tracker I provided clear instructions to get to my address using an obvious landmark to help. Considering to driver was only a couple of side roads away this should have been easy. After no sign of movement of the tracker I called the driver to check they were on their way but the rejected the call, the text me to come meet them. Then when I did they said they couldn’t find the address but it was in pointing distance. Unacceptable really.

They did not send us what we asked for. We wanted gravy and received coleslaw.
