Every single time I order from KFC there is always an item missing when it arrives. Really puts me off ordering

Every time we order from kfc, there is something missing. We even ordered an extra meal this time just to be safe and they forgot all of the fries and one drink. Absolutely atrocious, would be easier to just drive there and get it myself, at least the order would be correct. Just Eat will not give the option for a refund so I’m stuck with paying for food I never got. Beyond a joke.
