The food was the quality expected but the order was 40 minutes late despite being ordered for a time that was after placing said order. There was a drink included but this was not delivered. Not the service expected from previous experience

The rider never delivered the order to me. When I tracked my order in the map, i saw him coming near to my location so I went outside to collect it but he ran off without delivering my order. And then after a few minutes the app said my order was delivered. This is just unacceptable. I paid for your service and food and waited patiently for my order but however you scammed me. The rider needs to be penalized for this and I want my money back.

Next time I will open my order before handing over the PIN number which I did not realise indicates the order is complete and not missing anything. It is challenging to check the order when it appears in a sealed bag.
