Usually have good food from here but when u get black chips and half a slice of cheesecake that I paid 4 quid for I’m not impressed today tbh

Bit gutted with this one. The Kebab was more like jerky and massively dry. Ice cream was melted. Chicken was still as awesome as ever though.

The wrap was very spicy on the menu spice was not mentioned so my wife could not eat it and the chicken was cold and undercooked again it could not be eaten

The Just Eat driver delivered the wrong order, having left my order at the restaurant. The manager came out personally to deliver the correct food and was polite and professional throughout.

I am not happy with the horrible food delivered last night . It came within 10 mins and was cold. It was inedible and had to be thrown away for health and safety reasons. After complaining to just-eat, they only offered me £5.00 to credit my account . I do not want to use them any more and would like a full refund to my bank account or i shall take it further.

Late was order and if this wasn t all, we received half of wings, not a proper wing, we been told that is the wing. Really?! Nowhere in Gloucester you find half wing selled at price of a wing. Not order ever again. Rude staff and not apologise when taking the order back.

Order was wrong when we got it - ordered pittas, got wraps, also drinks delivered were incorrect. Called restaurant and they said they would deliver correct items - didn’t turn up. Called them again and was told “manager was out”. On top of this, food delivered was cold. Won’t be ordering again

The food was cold and was wrong. Asked for hot it wasn't. Asked for pita came in a wrap asked for sauce got none. So not a good experience
