I ordered my pizza for 7:30pm delivery as I arrive home from work at this time. I arrived home to find my food had been delivered 45 minutes earlier than requested. I had a hard, cold pizza to eat. Like cardboard. Had to throw in bin.

Hi, there's been a mistake with your order. We apologise for this. Our delivery man said we could bring it back at the time you wanted, but your husband said it was fine. But it's still our duty to replace this order free of charge. We will send your next order at the time you want and free of charge. No-one wants to come home from work to a situation like this.
