Rude and abrupt delivery driver. No communication skills. Tried to walk into my house. Had to ask him to step back as I am having chemotherapy treatment, and immunocompromised which he didn’t appear to understand. Terrible delivery, I wished him a good day. I was ignored. Great service from store I ordered from. They called to offer me alternatives when they didn’t have what I had paid for. Would pay extra to not have that delivery driver again.

Fabulous customer service, called me to offer alternative product. Lovely polite communication and welcoming - made the whole experience and transaction a pleasure. Which is such a breath of fresh air. I am very poorly with a brain tumour and rely on Just Eat for deliveries for quick and essential items occasionally. This was no stress and straight forward just how I need the service to be. Delivery lady was also lovely and friendly. An all round fantastic service. Thank you.

shop doesnt know difference from a red or white wine then when u ask for them to cancel they swap your delivery to a collection... very unreliable

I am disgusted ,the picture of the chocolate bar looked big and was small and the ice cream looks half eaten ,the packaging is ripped up and you refunded me the wrong price .
