Unfortunately, once the order leaves our kitchen, the delivery process is handled entirely by Just Eat and their drivers, who are independent from Knockout Kitchen. This means we don’t have direct contact with the driver to resolve delivery issues. We always strive to provide excellent service and regret that you were left disappointed.
