Worst ramen I ever had!! Couldn’t stress it enough. This is far from Japanese ramen. Price is expensive for the food quality and taste. Gyoza is burnt. I can’t say anything good about the food. Straight to the bin. Good thing the delivery is on time.

I don’t want to leave a bad review because I order from you all the time and I love your food but the just eat app is giving me no other way get my money back for this one bad order. Almost all the liquid from my ramen had spilled out before I got it and the bag had ripped open and I ordered vegan gyoza but they definitely seem to have meat in them. I took pictures as well for proof, I’m sorry there’s no easy customer service button for me to make this complaint privately but that’s the situation… hope to get my money back. Thanks.

The food arrived very late and it was cold and because it was late, the noodles were overcooked and mushy and slimy. I had to bin it because was not pleasant at all. Also no cutlery provided.
