Hello Przemyslaw, We pride ourselves on making quality FRESH authentic Korean food. We are very popular within the local area and receive more than 100 orders a day from customers. We do try our very best to make up the orders we receive as quick as possible but to maintain our standards and make the best quality food sometimes there can be small delays. We hope that our customers care about the quality of our food and understand that sometimes there may be a 30 minute delay when we are very busy with is moist days of the week.
