Acknowledge your orders!! I didn’t know it was accepted. Called you over 15 times and got answer phone once it dialled out

Hi Mark, Friday and Saturday nights are exceptionally busy for our phone line. The phone line was permanently in use today 5pm-8.15pm without stopping. We accepted your order, and sent it within the time frame. If JustEat didn't send you notification your order was accepted we do apologise but you'd need to take it up with them, we accepted the order immediately through their system and they should have notified you.
