I ordered a double dozen from Waterloo for delivery. I received twelve. Unable to phone the store, unable to speak to anyone at Just Eat. No email, no phone call. Now I can’t even get a refund because there is no photograph. I’m disgusted and the first opportunity I’ll be going into the store. When I tried to re-order, just so that I could give my friends a birthday treat from me there was no way of ordering any more, despite the store being open for 4 more hours. Be VARY wary if ordering through just eat or Krispy Kreme’s Waterloo . They really ruined my birthday at work and caused me a massive hassle.
