Cold soggy chips. No lettuce on burger. Soggy hot wings. Gravy tastes horrible. Most of the food went in the bin.

ordered at 6:25 for me and my kids. still sat here at 8:10 with no delivery. I have tried to ring them several times and it just rings out. I have had to throw some tea in the air fryer cos we're all hungry, Friday night. I'm tryna watch Disney films with the kids and have takeaway. full blown disappointment.. I won't bother again, seems like takeaways offer no service these days

I've ordered many times from here before and while the delivery time and food quality was just as good as usual, what has dropped my rating down a bit is that the size of the chocolate fudge cake portion I ordered was only half as big as usual whilst still costing the exact same as in the past.

Granted it was late in the evening but the quality of the food just wasn’t great. Pretty dry chicken burger, strange texture. even dryer chips that were lukewarm at very best. Just tasted bland throughout?
