The driver was not assigned for an hour so we ended up going to collect the food ourselves

Driver was very rude. The intercom door wouldn't open when he buzzed. I asked him what floor he was on so I could let him in and he said something offensive. when he got to my door, I told him there wasn't any need for his rudeness and he just dismissed me. Please either train the drivers to have better customer service skills or get better workers.
