Once again items missing & no refund. ordered extra stripes & never received them, but they kept the £4.49 I paid for them

The food was outstanding, everything was delicious the chicken was cooked to perfection not hard or dry. Having been disappointed from our regular place, we saw the reviews of kuku and thought let's give it a try. Absolutely delicious nothing to be disappointed about. Thank you very much! We will definitely be ordering our Friday evening takeaway from here now.

Order never arrived. Delivery driver went to the wrong address and refused to deliver to the correct address. Driver called on the asking for the delivery code even when I informed him he was at the wrong address.

I’ve asked for the chips to be cooked a little longer as the last two deliveries were under cooked, they arrive under cooked and cold. Kuka don’t mess a good thing up guys

great food & fast collection. one advice will be to bring in alternative drinks to Coca Cola & Pepsi like Tango so people who wish to refrain from the two big brands, due to their questionable presence in occupied territories, have other options.
