Wrong item delivered. Restaurant uncontactable straight to voicemail. The item that was delivered wrong was cold. Very poor

2nd time ordering can’t believe the difference in the food. 1st time was unbelievable 2nd time order took 2 hours to arrive, food was cold and didn’t taste nice ended up in the bin. Genuinely gutted about this because the 1st time ordering was so good but I won’t be ordering from here again after this experience

Hey Craig not sure what your actually referring to as your order was placed at 22:55 and we close at 23:45 so how your order was delivered to you after 2 hours is beyond me also you ordered 2 burgers which have been exactly the same for 6 years. I think you need to relax with what your smoking in the evenings my friend.

1st time ordering from here, order was delivered a few mins late and Total wait time was a fair long time but it was a distance from me, but the food was good and still warm so worth the wait.
