The food was ordered before 18:50 and arrived two hours later, the kids were fed and in bed by that time, I called the restaurant and the food was ready from 1910, food was delivered around 2100. Not only the food arrived late but it was also cold, I spoke to the driver and all he did is ask for the code. I would like a complete refund please as food went in the bin. The proposed refund of £9.75 out of £43 order is unacceptable.

it took two hours to get this food I ordered it at 6pm only to get the food ice cold and soggy? I can barely eat the food it's complete mush I want a refund this is ridiculous.

Falafel wrap was amazing, tasted lovely and was really fresh. although scheduled for a specific time, it was almost 30mins later, no complaints either the food, and would definitely order again!!!!
