This was my first time using Legit. Very easy to order, arrived when they said it would. The burgers were excellent - HUGE as well. I couldn’t eat my fries, but these weren’t the best so I wasn’t bothered. We shared some onion rings which were excellent. Will be recommending this to my friends. The fries need improving, and it would be good to have an free format option on the order form to say something like ‘no mustard on my burger’ for example. Will be having again.

The burger was really overcooked and hard, there was hardly any salad or sauce and the fries were wilted. I won’t be ordering again.

Online the order said it would take 30-40 minutes and it arrived an hour later. When it arrived the food wasn’t hot and was all soggy. The lettuce was brown in the burger and just overall wasn’t very appetizing. I paid

Lovely burger, tasted like a proper American burger. Fries could have been crispier but really tasty. Would like to see an option without cheese for those with dairy allergies.

It would be helpful if there was an option to remove items from the burger. eg tomato or mustard. Food arrived hot and on time - garlic fries were delicious!

Only ordered a burger, chips and a coke, they somehow forgot the chips. The number given rings endlessly and no one answers. Eventually you'll find this restaurant is linked with Crowborough spice, who sorted out the chips and sent them out after a while. Burger was warm but not hot. Chips were good but wish didn't have to wait 45+ minutes extra to get them.

Amazing juicy burgers, chips and coleslaw were nice. Good presentation and really friendly delivery. Also the food was delivered to me 25 minutes from ordering it ! 10/10 from us.

Best burger in Crowborough hands down. Burger was phenomenal; chips were amazing. Delivered hot and on time. I can't recommend it highly enough. Great job guys
