    The delivery driver had poor customer service skills - he withheld my shopping at my front door for over 10 minutes untill his just eat app started working again. I paid for my shopping , it's not the customers fault if your app services is malfunctioning, and it would not allow him to enter any details. Poor customer service by the driver, and first my experience like this. If app is not working, drivers should call for assistance and not keep customers waiting at their front doors in awkward silences.
