Tuesday 03 September 2024I am writing to express my frustration with the service I received from your shop. I ordered food intending to go out with my family, but it arrived an hour and 15 minutes late.
I called your shop 50 minutes after placing the order and was told the food was already out for delivery. However, this was clearly false. The delivery driver informed me that he had received the food just 5 minutes before delivering it to us, which was 20 minutes after my call.
This delay caused my family and me to wait much longer than expected, making us late for the event we were planning to attend. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and hope you will address this issue.

Why not go stateside this evening and order food from Lit Buns, who serve American style food, just think about it get home after a hard day at work and no cooking, then you can put your feet up and put the T.V on and wait for your food to be delivered.
