Wednesday 20 November 2024Over £80 worth of food was missing. I’ve submitted a help request but have no information about whether it’s being processed. I now have nothing for lunch or supper for the rest if the week and I can’t afford to do another shop until I have my refund. Appalling service from the delivery driver who said that the bags were too heavy so “someone else” was bringing the rest. Of course, no one else ever turned up even though I stood in the cold for over 15 minutes. And no way to track.

The delivery driver has said that it was too heavy for him to carry so all the other items are still waiting at Waitrose. Please can you organise another delivery for my items I’m really not happy as I’ve just spent a lot of money for my items. Please can you resolve this problem right now as I have no food or drink to eat
