Placed an order at 17:37 which was accepted, waited till 19:05 and still had not been delivered contacted the restaurant which said it was cooked and waiting to be collected. Driver attempted to deliver over an hour after my food had been prepared but I refused to take delivery as it had been sat waiting for over an hour by this point. Was not delivered.

Food wasn't very clever, loaded fries was very plain with just a little bit of sauce drizzled over and no cheese. Chicken tenders looked lime lastnights leftovers with sauce just dumped over them instead of separate for dipping. Not impressed one bit! especially after working hard all day and just wanting something nice to eat !!!

we ordered from them as delivery was advertised 30-45mins but delivery took an hour and 45mins. When food arrived it was all cold. Very disappointed as we were recommended by friends as food was lovely.

Food was pretty good but wouldn't order again. Estimated delivery time just kept getting pushed on every 5mins. No-one answered the phone when we tried to find out what was going on. The delivery driver said he was there waiting 25mins for them to cook the food, and then when it arrived, it was cold. It took 90mins on a 35-50min estimate. I get places are busy on a Friday night but if you can't deliver within a reasonable time, don't accept the order.
