The food is delicious and nice potions but I recently had an issue where I ordered the meal combo of chicken strips and loaded fries. When my order arrived the fries were missing from my order - I called the place the food came from and they were so dismissive - I told them my fries were missing, every thing else had arrived, it was just part of the combo meal that was missing and the guy on the phone said it was nothing to do with them (even though they prepared the food?!) and said they couldn't do anything about it as they can't contact the drivers.... But it wasn't the drivers fault - the fries weren't in the order. The bags were sealed and I saw the drivers insulated delivery bag - it was empty they gave me everything they had picked up from the restaurant. The guy on the phone just told me to get a refund through just eat and that's all he could tell me. So I got my refund from Just eat and re-ordered the fires.... Having to pay delivery again and a 99p service charge for THEIR MISTAKE. Terrible customer service.

Best takeout I've had in newquay so far, loaded fries are amazing and full of flavour and the chicken coating is seasoned beautifully would definitely recommend and order again
