they sent the driver, and THEN told me the two items for my partner weren’t in stock. if it takes 20-30 minutes to collect the items, tell me what you don’t have before you send it so i can cancel or change my order… not after the driver is already coming, when i can no longer cancel my delivery. at the very least substitute the items for similar!
