Paid for 2 packs of cigs, only got one. Obviously didn't want to follow the suggestion of phoning me if something wasn't available. A shame, usually, this place is good.

I am a disabled customer who replies totally online for what I need. I put a really simple order of three items in; bananas, Bell peppers, and crisps and the delivery status is saying I got the delivery, but I did not. Also I got a weird email about something not working. This issue is with you guys, not me, and I'm going to take this complaint higher because I am a disabled customer who has been very shabbily treated.
