You sent out the wrong item for at least the 5th time. I keep getting sent out a elfa pro vape kit whenever I order a pack of elfa pro VAPE PODS. I don’t need the kit I need the pods. I even left a note to try and make sure you send the right item and it was still wrong AGAIN.
