Sorry but both pizzas were burned and bitter taste dominated over everything else. Previous time the dough was unsalted... It used to be the best pizza in the area. What happened?

I’ve been waiting almost one and a half hours and my kids waited the pizza till they were asleep. When tho pizza finally arrived after one and half hour everything was cold, chewy bread and like a stone! Driver even didn’t any apologies for late delivery aswell. I have to microwave the pizza as my kids was starving. I’m so upset for this!
