Order submitted based on a 35 minute wait for delivery. Once the order was processed, this became an hour. When the order did not arrive at the later time, I checked on Just Eat to chase it up. The order status was then updated to a further hour It did not arrive then either and so I phoned the takeaway. They said that they had not printed out the order and therefore it had not been prepared. I had to wait a further 20 mins for them to prepare and deliver it. Total wait time was 2hours 20 mins.

Been waiting an hour and a half and still not even had an update saying that the driver is heading to the restaurant to collect the order. Have a hungry toddler who needs to go to bed. Not okay

I’ve never left a review but this was honestly awful. The battered chicken was strange, the batter had a weird gristly texture and the mains didn’t taste of anything. Didn’t even eat half of it because none of it tasted like anything
