I never usually leave reviews, but this was truly dreadful, it was stone cold on arrival, 2 of the meals had specifically requested no mashed potato, they were covered in mash, not the veg requested & none of the meals had any gravy at all on them' despite us having ordered & paid for 2 extra portions of gravy' I'd ordered chicken & paid extra for beef, all that came in my meal was 3 skinny little strip of beef, no chicken at all % sadly ev- eryone else's meal was equally messed up, just awful

Hi Les we are absolutely devastated by this and we would like next week to get it fixed! We know exactly what happened here and we have put measures in place to ensure it won’t happen again. We would love a second chance because when done right are roasts are absolutely amazing!

Its been fedback to the chef who was on shift and he is extremely sorry about your experience but give us a chance to make it right.

Despite reviews I decided to give these a go for the first time. was very disappointed. Ordered carbonara and spag bol with garlic tortilla. The carbonara had a strange sweet taste and very watery. Not creamy at all. Bolgnaise was bland and the garlic tortilla was all burnt. Most of it went in bin as inedible sadly. A shame as we were looking forward to it too. Delivery time was fine tho.

I believe with had ran out of broccoli at this point so we made sure to give you extra meat and roasties I don’t think this deserves a 1 Star, we tried to contact you to let you know.

items missing, quality of cheese on waffles not as usual standard, food very cold

Hi Peter we are really sorry about this. Unfortunately we would never aim to send food out cold and it definitely would never happen but unfortunately we use just eat drivers and they are able to collect orders on the way sometimes they could be waiting with your food in the bag whilst they are waiting to collect an other order, for the freshest and best food we would always recommend collecting. Or calling us direct and having us deliver our phone number is available on google.
