An hour and 40 minutes later than estimated delivery time, food came and the chips were genuinely freezing and hard like they haven’t been cooked through. The chicken chow mein, chicken curry and chicken fried rice were all cold. It was inedible so it ended up costing me another £20 to order another takeaway.

Terrible service! 2 hours after ordering and no food received. Was initially told the roads were closed, then I had to call the driver myself to find out where our order was. 5 phone calls later and still no update. Would definitely not recommend!!
