ok, its over. 3 times in a row chips are not crispy at all. it's like you made it out of rubber or just boiled some potatoes. I am moving to different chippy restaurant. tho delivery was extremely quick (perhaps thats why chips are undercooked again).

Too much batter ! Lots of batter on fish and chips were battered . May have been my mistake on ordering but thought I was just ordering normal chips .

We ordered on the hottest day in England because we didn’t want to cook, can’t believe there were open they must have been roasting. This was our first order from the Lyppards Fryer and it won’t be our last, food was delivered on time, it was all hot and well packaged and honestly the chips are the absolute best.

Great experience; chips are in the top 3 in Worcester I've had. Batter is sublime and would order just a box of batter from Lyppard Fryer; it's that tasty. Portion sizes are better than expected. 'small' Chicken Donner meat portion is above expectations and great flavour. Only slight 'complaint' is that curry sauce portion is smaller than other comparable establishments but is very minor when experiencing the flavours and portion sizes overall. Would highly recommend and will be ordering again.

Epic fail. The Lamb Pitta was good (as always) but the toppings were completely wrong ... stuffed with red and green peppers when none were ordered, and no tzatziki sauce. A bit annoyed I had to order an extra item to match the delivery amount, too
