The roll and sausage I ordered must have been made when I ordered it but the delivery was 2 hours later so the roll was brick hard and inedible as it must have been under the hot lamp for all that time. The chips were cold. Couldn’t eat any of it

Ordered 2 doubler rolls and only received 2 single item rolls so was disappointed. Just eat gave partial refund.

Order was confirmed as ready 5 mins before collection time. Staff weren't aware it had come in when I arrive 10 mins later. Had to wait to have it made on the spot. Had to leave half of if and whole tea til after work as my lunch break ended.
