The tandoori clay oven has been used for thousands of years for cooking & baking bread. We at Maharajah still use the practice to cook our food to provide that distinctive charcoal flavour. The meat is marinated for 2 days in tandoori sauce which is made from natural yoghurt, tandoori garam masala, lemon juice ginger & mixed spices.

The tandoori speciality dishes are all served with curry sauce (default) or mint sauce, green salad (optional) & a plain naan or garlic naan bread. You can upgrade naan breads to any other naan for 50p
