Unfortunately, after hearing good things about the food from here, I’m still to try it. After placing an order for 8:15pm delivery, this was moved to 8:40 with only 5mins to spare on the initial deliver time. At 8:35 this was then moved again to 9pm. 9pm came and went with no further update or food! So I put a complaint in with JustEat to have my money refunded. I’d rather the restaurants just cancel than keep putting delivery times back if they are struggling because they’re busy or whatever!

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with your recent order. On the evening of your order, we were indeed extremely busy, which led to delays we deeply regret. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have your delivery time pushed back multiple times, and for that, we are truly sorry. It’s somewhat nearly impossible to contact customer with the JustEat terminal during service hours. Please be assured that we did attempt to deliver your food and knocked on your door for an extended period. Additionally, we made multiple calls to reach you but, unfortunately, did not receive a response, if you check you phone you will see multiple missed calls . We even reached out to Just Eat to help facilitate contact, but after waiting as long as we could, we were advised to leave. . Apologies once again
