If you had called us, we would have been able to investigate further and rectify the situation for you. It is always best to contact the shop direct if there are any issues.

We are sorry that you did not receive the ice cream, however, if you had called the shop direct at the time you received your order, we would have been very happy to send the missing items to you there and then. It is so much quicker to call the shop and get the issue resolved than to post on a portal where we do not have the chance to look into the issue at the time and make things right.
