Always had a good experience in the past but tonight was really poor, waited nearly 3 hours for food to arrive and when it did it was cold and the mixed grill was overcooked and very dry. When I chased up the order I was told it was on the way and we still had to wait another 45 minutes. I have requested some form of a refund but have heard nothing back. Disappointing as the service and food is usually excellent.

I’m really sorry for tonight’s service Dan. We had an issue but rest assured we’ve fixed it and it won’t happen again. Apologies once again.

ordered for 7pm delivery, order accepted and informed delivery at 7.30pm, food finally arrived at 8.40pm. very disappointed with the timings.
