food was cold when called the restaurant they sent replacement which also arrived cold normally very happy with the food received but very unsatisfied this time

when food arrived your driver would not bring it upstairs I am on 3rd floor I had to ask my neighbour to get it . As I'm disabled I rely on delivery service.which usually meas delivery from shop to door

Food did not arrive, delivery driver buzzed three times and each time I let him in, he did not come in nor bring food up then drive off? Still awaiting a refund: I used to order a kebab a couple of times a month and never had an issue with delivery. I will not be ordering again.

First time ordering from you. I ordered a Chicken Donner and it was pretty darn great! Certainly didn't go stingy with the portion size! Would be happy to order again.
