Balti Curry is a rich and flavorful dish cooked quickly over high heat in a special steel bowl called a balti. It features tender meat or vegetables simmered in a spiced tomato-based sauce with garlic, ginger, and a blend of aromatic spices like cumin, coriander, and garam masala. The result is a thick, glossy curry that’s full of depth and best enjoyed with rice or naan bread to scoop up the sauce.Balti Curry is a rich and flavorful dish cooked quickly over high heat in a special steel bowl called a balti.
