Balti dishes are cooked and served in a cast iron Kashmiri pan with special spices & herbs, fresh tomatoes and coriander to create a distinctive range of unique dishes. Most of the balti dishes can be prepared mild, medium or hot to suit individual tastes. Best eaten with a nan and your fingers.
