No only was the food late and we waited an hour and a half for the food to be delivered. it was cold, the chips hard, cold and stale. The burger was cold and slimy. Chicken wings didn’t have any sauce on them no Perry Perry salt on the chips. how to throw it away and order from somewhere else. Will not be ordering from here again!

Was dissatisfied with the service as they failed to read the extras added. So they made a tip from me I guess. My main was fantastic the hoagies are top tier. The jalapeño nuggets are a little hard for my liking, but that could just be a preference thing. Overall decent restaurant will still order from them again

Highly disappointed, ordered a few times from here and never had a problem this time the Food arrived cold, Chips were like cardboard…..really bad It’s a shame as it used to be a nice meal. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering again

Our first time ordering. The food itself was okay, but nothing like it was described. Firstly, there was no peri salt on the chips which we'd paid for. No salad sent either. Secondly what they call a 'whole chicken' was actually 4 chicken legs. We expected 'cool garlic' to be a marinade but it was actually 4 chicken legs smothered in garlic mayonnaise. Also, the chicken itself was very spicy. We ordered cool garlic as we're not big fans of spicy food, but the chicken is obviously cooked in something spicy before being covered in sauce so it was hard to eat, had we ordered what we thought was mild chicken for kids it would have been wasted as it would have been far too spicy for them but luckily it was just us so we just got on with it. Everything was edible but not the quality we were expecting. I don't think we'll be ordering again.

They put the wrong sauce on my food, ordered wild herb and got the most painful, spicy, tasteless sauce over the entire box. I got 3 mouthfuls in and had to stop, the pain was unbearable. Rang them and the guy laughed and said "ye, there's nothing i can do about it" "mention it next time you order they will probably sort something out" 😡. Absolute joke! Sat for nearly 2 hours with ice pop's in my mouth and my stomach in agony, then woke up the following day to the skin LITERALLY PEELING OFF the inside of my cheeks, off my gums, off my whole mouth!!!
