Food was freezing and restrant would not resolve my problem won't be ordering anything else from there £25 for cold food joke

Hi Kelly. The driver took five orders from the kitchen. You were scheduled to be the second one by the driver. After the driver finished delivering the five orders, he came back 1 minute later and took five more orders from the kitchen. Five minutes after leaving the store, you called and said the food was cold. We thought it was incredible, but we said we would make another one for you, and you said you wanted a refund. We told you that you could go to just eat to get a refund because you ordered the order on the just eat app. I don't think we did anything wrong.
