I paid for the order but I never received it. Called the restaurant and they told me it’s not their fault

Hi Abeer, That's not what happened, You phoned the restaurant and said its been a while and you have not received the order, We said its been over 45minutes the order left the restaurant and we suggested you get in touch with Just eat as you placed the order through them, as we are just the provider for the food, we get paid through Just eat after they take there commission, we asked you to rise a complaint to them, as you have not received your order, you will get your money, as the driver works for Just eat and not our driver. You tell me what else could we have done, we did our part, got the food ready and out within the time, we spoke politely to you and advised what to do but still you gave 1* not to worry, we wish you the very best and happy future

Great Indian food. The food came hot and was tasty. Their dal tadka is good. Good option for pure vegetarians.
