Driver said he’s not allowed to enter the building where our apartment is anymore, meaning I’d have to go down the stairs to the main door to collect the food, so will no longer be ordering as that’s the whole point of ordering so you don’t have to go outside!

the expected delivery jumped back up between 5 and 10 minutes and did so several times from when it was ordered it took 1 hour to be delivered when it was advertised as between 15 and 30 minutes food wad nearly cold by the time it got to us

They food was cold, and the fries tasted as though they either were old ones or the food was stood far too long waiting for delivery. NOT NICE !!
