Thursday 05 December 2024No food delivered at all just 3 drinks and when we rang we were told we just had to go through just eat which only offer refunds. That take up to 7 days, I’m sure the codes we are given to give to the drivers are there for a reason, think better drivers are needed that actually read the numbers so other people arnt getting what we paid for

Tuesday 03 December 2024This is getting beyond a joke! Nearly £40 order for the cheese share box a drink and also veggie dippers to be missing! Dips? didn't receive those either.. You really do need to get staff who are committed to doing the job and actually do the job properly! This is my 3rd complaint now. and when I've just called the branch there was a woman who answered who was very rude and told me it wasn't her problem! Rugby road mcd's has gone down hill.
