Driver was motionless on the map for over 15 minutes, this was not due to signal as once he started moving it worked perfectly. Driver didn’t give us drinks until asked. When received they weren’t in a bag and half of 1 drink missing and 1/4 of another missing. Bag with food torn open and food freezing cold. I want a full refund to my card, I do not want credit. Driver confirmed he would report.
